Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Commission paintings and original artwork from the gallery are carefully packaged and processed within 2-5 business days.
  • All other products, fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, are typically processed within 2-7 business days.

If there are any delays due to high order volume or other factors, we will notify you promptly via email.


Shipping Methods

  • Commission Paintings and Gallery Artwork:
    These are shipped overnight via FedEx to ensure safe and fast delivery.
    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • All Other Products:
    Items such as prints, apparel, and other merchandise are shipped directly from our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Delivery times and shipping methods vary depending on the destination and product type.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

  • Overnight Shipping (FedEx):
    Available for commissioned paintings and gallery artwork only.
    Delivery is expected within 1 business day after processing.

  • Standard Shipping (Print-on-Demand Products):
    Domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.
    International delivery times vary by location and range from 7-21 business days.


Order Tracking

  • For commission paintings and gallery artwork, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number upon shipment.
  • For print-on-demand products, tracking details will be provided by our fulfillment partner once your order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Commission paintings and gallery artwork are only available for shipping to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes).
  • Print-on-demand products can ship to most international locations.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Commissioned and Gallery Artwork: If your painting is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with FedEx to resolve the issue.
  • Print-on-Demand Products: For any issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos of any damage for review.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
